Hello when i try to prt my lycra number to ee i will put my ee number in and then they will text me the code i will enter it then i takes me to a page where i enter my old number i want to use and it then says my ee number dosent exist i need help or i will jpt be buying this again i will have a refund

Have you started using your new EE SIM to activate it?

Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

When asked for your EE number, are you entering the temporary number that came with your SIM card?

Ive got the number started the plan payed everything i jus cant port i says my number dosent exsit when they already texted it

I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 so our customer care team can look into this further. 

The team can also process your number port request.
