Hello when i try to prt my lycra number to ee i will put my ee number in and then they will text me the code i will enter it then i takes me to a page where i enter my old number i want to use and it then says my ee number dosent exist i need help or i will jpt be buying this again i will have a refund

It's best to speak to the Mobile Care team, @Skullbreaker. They can verify your account with you and process it. You could always pop into an EE Store if it's easier?
