Hello when i try to prt my lycra number to ee i will put my ee number in and then they will text me the code i will enter it then i takes me to a page where i enter my old number i want to use and it then says my ee number dosent exist i need help or i will jpt be buying this again i will have a refund

Just to check, @Skullbreaker, is your new SIM working with your temporary number?

Can you make calls, send texts etc?

Are you entering your temporary EE number first at myaccount.ee.co.uk/keeping-your-number, rather than the number you'd like to transfer @Skullbreaker?

I enter my ee number that shows on my messages imediantly wen i got the sim ifk wat a teperal number is nethier wud i know hpw to get the real number

Do you receive that same number if you text NUMBER to 150?

If it is reporting the correct number, I'm unsure why the number isn't being recognised by the number transfer form @Skullbreaker.

This will need to be looked into by our Customer Care Team. You can contact them on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
