Resolved! Leftover Credit

Hi...I just changed my £15  Subscription pack from a Pay As You Go to an automatic monthly card payment.  There's still a £23.30 credit on the account.  Will those funds be used against the monthly payment going forward, or refunded?Thanks!

Does EE hate PAYG customers?

5G has been around for nearly 5 years now but they still don't provide it for PAYG. It's baffling given all the MVNO's do for much less. They're the only operator to throttle 5G for pay monthly too.
