Credit refund

Hi so i have gambled quite a lot using pay by mobile and randomly the site has refunded 215 but to my mobile credit i cant find any option to refund and cant get hold of ee does anyone know of a way to get this returned to my bank

Wrong plan added

I’ve accidentally added a £5 pack instead of £15  and the £5 doesn’t give me enough data too last the month is there anyway way I can switch plans even though the £5 one has started or maybe get a refund so I can add the £15
