I've been trying for over a week to buy top up data for EE mobile wifi. Message 'can't access that data at the moment, it's our fault not yours, we are looking into it, please try later'. When will you have it fixed
I upgraded the plan, only to find out that you need to text 150 to start immediately, I'm unable to do this as it's not a pphoe and I am 200 miles frommthe device.
I use the mobile data hub for my elderly father's FB portal so I can face time with him and he can video call friends and family to minimise any feeling of isolation. He has been a week without it after his data run out early this month.
His plan should kick in tomorrow.

@Eric00 : Have you firstly topped-up the PAYG SIM's credit with money? From that you will be able to buy data.
