Resolved! Data hasn't be renewed

Hello, I have pay as you go 100 gb and had 54gb from last month remaining.Yesterday it just Renew but my data didn't get updated, it still shows 54gb.I would assume or 154 gb or back to 100 gb..

Wrong Pack Automatically Purchased Upon Top-Up

Hi,I bought a SIM today for roaming purposes.I set up My EE account and topped up with £20 in order to buy a £20 pack.Then automatically upon top-up the £10 pack was purchased.Is there any way to 'exchange' this for the £20 pack?Steve
