Wrong Pack Automatically Purchased Upon Top-Up

Hi,

I bought a SIM today for roaming purposes.

I set up My EE account and topped up with £20 in order to buy a £20 pack.

Then automatically upon top-up the £10 pack was purchased.

Is there any way to 'exchange' this for the £20 pack?

Steve

You musta bought the PAYG SIM primed with the £10 pack. As soon as you topped up with at least £10 it auto bought that £10 pack.

How did you top-up? If you used a direct card payment you can claim it back in the 1st 14 days.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I didn't want to set up a direct debit so topped up a fixed amount with the aim of then purchasing the pack that I had selected in MyEE...
