Hi, I’ve had no data since the 27th of May.
My plan was supposed to renew automatically today (6th June), but it hasn’t activated — and I have not purchased any data add-on today.
I’m stuck without any data even though I should now have 77GB from my plan.
Please activate my data plan immediately or explain why it hasn’t renewed properly?!

@anaslgraham : Give it a few more hours to auto renew. If it doesn't, text PACK15 to 150 to buy it.

Are you using a PAYG pack, or are you on pay-monthly?
If you text BALANCE to 150, what do you receive by response?
