I purchased a pay as you go sim and paid £20 at that time for the £20 pack which would give me 100MB of data for 30 days. When I received the sim I had data but the profile said I had 0MG despite being on this plan. I assumed it was working anyway and added £20 to my credit so my pack would automatically renew next month, however this money has come out of my credit and started a new pack despite me already having one, I now have 150MB which is too much and am wondering if there’s any way to cancel the second pack as I did not agree to start one and save my credit for next month.
