Top up PAYG phone - stuck at "Go to Menu > Top Up"

I'm trying to top up my PAYG phone. According to the website, the steps are:

  1. Log in to My EE.
  2. Go to Menu > Top up

I've done the first step "Log in to My EE", but I'm stuck at the second step "Go to Menu > Top Up". The first step "Log in to My EE" takes me to the URL https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-tmuk,  but I don't see "Menu > Top Up" on that page.

How do I navigate to "Menu > Top Up" from https://ee.co.uk/app/landing-tmuk?

@TheBeardyMan : The Menu is the 3 horizontal lines @ top L of that landing page. It then slides in from the L, incl. Top-up.

OK, I was able to make the 3 horizontal lines appear by moving the tab to a new window and reducing it's width, but the only items in the menu are "EE Community" and "Log Out".

You have no numbers registered to it. Haven't you registered your PAYG no. to it already? You need to 1st before you may top-up via MyEE.

Can you view remaining data and available add-ons using the add-on.ee.co.uk link?

Thanks.
