Rollover

I started last month with a 15 gb package, used my phone all month, and re upped this month and it says 15 gb rolled over so now I have 30? Did something not connect correctly? Why does it not say I’ve used any data? What’s going on?

Over charged

I’ve gone to top up my phone but accidentally added £10 to my credit but then tried to use that to top up with but it wouldn’t let me so I’ve had to pay again for my top up so I just have £10 of credit that I don’t know how to use

Top up problems

I topped up someone else’s phone and got a text saying it had been successful but they got one saying it hadn’t as they didn’t have a PAYG Pack, all I want to do is put some credit on their phone
