Switching from pack15 to pack20 not getting the 40gb bonus data :(

Hi,like the topic say i switched from pack 15 to pack 20 and i did not get the extra data,will i get it or i just screw my self ?

The promotion on the £20 pack hasn't ended. It's still on sale at the EE shop but you would need to buy a new SIM from there to get it. You can't get it by switching packs on an existing SIM.

Why do you think you should be getting an extra 40GB data when you switch from the £15 pack to the £20 pack? Did you get any extra data with the £15 pack?

You only get the the extra 40GB data when you buy the £20 pack in the 1st place. As you bought the £15 pack you get no extra data & it is too late now to switch to the £20 pack. If you wanted the extra data you should've bought the £20 pack from the EE Shop, not the £15 pack.

When i bought the £15 pack,there was a promotion on it for 6 months 50gb,the time has passed and my promotion ended i saw that there is promotion on the £20 pack i switch to it,for my suprise no extra data so like i say i guess i screw my self thanks for nothing tho
