Prepay account balance

I had a balance on my prepay account that I have not used since May.  I have just checked my balance and it would appear that it has been adjusted off my account.  How do I get my money back, surely EE cannot just claim my balance? 

subscription pack

Payment for my monthly subscription pack hasn't been taken so I have data etc. I have got enough money in the bank so unsure why this has happened. When I try to make payment myself this message come up. Anyone else having the same issues?

SIM local airport

I bought a SIM local pack from the airport. Need to extend the date of use for 7 more days once it runs out. Can’t log into EE as I have an old account from last time I was in the UK. Says to top up £20. How do I do this without logging in?

I have topped up £15 on my account but not sure what it gives me and how to get the pack, could anyone point me in the right direction? 

Pack Hasn't Renewed!

Resolved! Add Contact Free Sim to my contract

I’ve an EE contact and have bought a Contract Free Sim to give my child for his phone. Can I add the Contract Free Sim to my account without having to set up a new account?

Resolved! Data not working
