Refund

Hi, I have about £18 credit on my phone and was wondering if I can get that refunded back into my account as I set up a rolling direct debit so therefor that money won't get used.Many thanks 

can't top up

Can not subscribe pack

Hi I went for a holiday for a month and came back a few days ago. I top up my phone £15 and try to subscribe the pack because it not run automatically. But the mobile app keep saying error when I try to subscribe 

Data available but internet no working

HelloI don't have a plan but just a monthly top up.I have data available but internet not working. Phone restarted, settings checked, but internet still not working.Any idea how to fix it?thank you
