Paying top up with account out of uk

I tried to pay for my monthly pack through an international transfer (as I'm not from the UK) as suggested in the page. I can see in my bank's app that the money was transferred but my balance in EE is zero. What should I do now?

I changed my number on the website however this does not update your App on my Android. Little confusing as when I top up my credit and £5 is in I turn my data on and recieve no 4g connection. Unable to make calls or anything...
