Is there anyway I can do this myself?
I mistakingly registered my PAYG number to the MyEE account I use for my PayMonthly and since can only see bits of my PayMonthly account through the MyEE app and only my PAYG account through the MyEE website which the MyEE app tries to use in part to manage my PayMonthly account.
As I've learned a few times now support chat are useless, just sending you round in circles. What's the problem? - Security - What's the problem? .. & loop to infinity...

@wmj : Yes, in your online MyEE, select your PAYG a/c from the "Switch accounts" drop-down in the Menu. Then A/c Settings > Manage numbers > Remove & Confirm.

Do you have more than one account registered in your My EE account?
If so, if you go to Menu > do you have two accounts showing?
