Roaming

Hi, I got a vip pack with  roaming included, I just left uk, and the roaming doesn't work. it s asking me to pay for access. I'm a little bit confused because I know I got roaming, which is included my pack. Can anyone help?

I thought I was buying a subscription pack at £15....been charged £15, but on EE app its saying I topped up by £10. First time using EE, not sure why i lost £5
