Hello I added my pick and paid for it now we had added £45 pound in credit to both of my PAYG phones I literally can't afford that I am a single father and it's left me short for the rest of the month I really need a refund

@Jamiep85 You need to call customer services about this. But PAYG top up are not refundable so I wouldn’t hold my breath on it being refunded.
