Hi All,
Not sure if this is the best forum for this but thought I'd give it ago. My phone is currently broken (full on black box, won't charge, dead to the world); I've upgraded my mobile and should get my new phone from EE tomorrow or Friday but they said that confirmation will be sent via SMS and since my phone is mega dead there's no way for me to receive confirmation about my delivery or get my DPD code. Any ideas on how I can contact EE without a phone to resolve this? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the community,
So long as you have the DPD app with the same details as EE have, you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number you have to give to the driver before getting your device.
