New to EE from O2 I ordered a phone to collected from store on Friday morning. It has been 3 days and it just says dispatched has not updated in 2 days. How could I find out when I can collect?

The store would know if your collection is there or not if you gave them a call: https://ee.co.uk/store-finder
They will however not be able to track it or access your account to check the status, you would need to contact Customer Services for this.
