Had a message regarding order not fully processed ? Rang EE and they can't help as it was online order. Can you support

Welcome to the community,

If you did your order online, then customer service should be able to see your order and why it has not fully processed. What exactly did the message say? We cannot do anything here, as there is no account access in this public forum.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
