My order tracking suggests that my phone has been dispatched, but there are no details & I’ve not received anything. Am I not understanding this graphic correctly?

Welcome to the community.
You certainly are looking at that right, but you'd normally get a text or email to let you know it is on the way.
When did you place the order? I can have a look at the stock timescales for you.

At that point, the guidance was the phone would be dispatched within 14 days but it is also showing that the oldest outstanding order is from yesterday, so that would back up that it is on the way.
If you have the DPD app, you'll get a notification from them with the delivery details, but if not, you'll get a text or email to let you know when to expect it.

The EE tracking has been showing that for several days but I’ve had no notification from DPD

If you've not heard anything in the next few days, I'd recommend giving our customer services team a call @Nikki1233.
They'll be able to check the order on your account.
With the orders being cleared up to yesterday, it may still be processed by DPD so it is worth giving it a couple of days for the delivery.
