Upgrade PAYG monthly plan

Currently on £10 per month plan with 100 mins.  Want to upgrade to £15 per month unlimited mins.  Can I just upgrade and will it be seamless? 

Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

I have 20.00 credit and want to use it for a pack costing 20.00 but it will not take the 20 out of my credit and is asking for me to top up from my bank card.
