Wrong subscription pack received

Hi all,

I’ve selected the £10, 20 GB pack. But when I activate my sim today, it has 8GB only instead of  20GB. I am curious if there is any mistake taken? Thanks for reply.

What response do you receive if you text BALANCE to 150?

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until have exhausted the normal ration.

You can call Customer Care on 150 from your EE phone.
