Hi I topped up this morning but my usual pack didn't renew. The chatbot service on myee doesn't have an option for this so not sure what to do.

You don't have any active pack but you do have your £10 credit & there is no pack pending to text NOW for. Just buy your pack again.

Have you tried texting NOW to 150 to start the pack?

I just got this text back when I messaged now: You need to add some credit to pay for your Pack, please top up at ee.co.uk/myee. Your pack will then start automatically.

But will my free boosts that I've accumulated still be applied if I do this?
