I got my new £10 subscription pack sim (pay as you go) on 6th August. as per the EE webchat and the instruction in the SIM cover, the cost of the subscription pack will come out of your credit as soon as you use. but Why the cost of the subscription pack is not credited until now (August 9)

Just for my own understanding, you received your new SIM 3 days ago but your new Pack didn't start until today, is that right?
If you ever want to start a Pack immediately rather than waiting for this to start on the due date it's set for, text NOW to 150.
We have loads of great information on our Pay As You Go help page 😊
