I have a problem with purchasing the subscription pack. Kept on receiving this text message when I tried to purchase “Your payment for the £10 Plan from the Visa ending xxxx wasn't successful. Please contact your bank for more info. To try again, or to use another card go to ee.co.uk/myee”. Contacted my bank and they told me to reach out again to EE so they can request a fund withdrawal from my card. Does anyone have EE’s customer service contact number that’s not 150 so I can talk to an actual assistant?

@chaunguyen06 : Have you tried again buying a pack after clearing it with you bank?
Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 2) in my sig.
