Chose 14GB data subscription, shows 2GB purchased plan

Good evening. I'm on PAYG and decided to change my plan. I have an 8GB plan currently and chose the 14GB for £10. Now I see on the app that I chose a 2GB data for £10, a plan that didn't exist on subscription plan choices.

I cannot cancel that plan by the looks of it until it starts and 30 days are gone. What can I do, I did not choose 2GB plan for £10, but 14GB. 2GB will not be enough hence why I chose the 14GB plan. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Hi @ellis896

I am disappointed to hear that the correct data has not been applied.

I'd recommend giving us a call so this can be looked into further.

Hello XRaySpex,

I chose the plan through the EE app. Went to subscription plans and chose the 14GB plan. Currently I have the 8GB plan and wanted to upgrade. I repeat, there was no 2GB plan there and didn't make a mistake.
