Topped up but no data

 so I topped up through a voucher last week and I’d gotten the message,the money came out my bank and yet the top up hasn’t gone on I check my balance and it still says £0.60 what do I do?

Welcome to the community.

I rejected the image you put up as it was showing the voucher number, just in case the credit didn't go on.

From I could see on the message, it did show that you had a £10 credit after using the voucher code.

If you text AL to 150, it should show if it was used to activate a pack.

If it doesn't say that you have any allowances, I would recommend giving our customer service guides a call, as it would appear that there hasn't been an active pack, but they will be able to check on your account.

I’ve tried to call the support but because I don’t have credit I can’t call it I’ve tried messaging EE also but nothing. 
{edit} I then tried messaging 150 on my iPad and it says this
