Hello,
Having problems with this, I currently haven't got an apple subscription and never had an EE one ever, I have spoken to both EE and Apple about his and basically blaming each other, they have tried to remove the add on- add it back on etc, but when I try EE Plan Benefits and using the link they sent, comes up with No Mobile Subscription from carrier and getting a little bit frustrated about this, tried all the trouble shooting like using mobile data, signing out and in etc and same issue is happening.
How do I get this resolved?
Thanks

Great news, I'm glad to hear it @jblack1888.
Don't worry about it not showing in the subscriptions. I've just checked mine and it doesn't show anything under the EE Plan Benefits either, and hasn't for the many years I've had it.
It would only be if you had Apple One as part of your plan that it would show, and that would be under the main part of the subscriptions, not in the EE Plan Benefits.

Hi @jblack1888
Thanks for coming to the community.
I can understand your frustration at the Apple Music subscription not working.
We will provide the link to the subscription on your account, but our guides are limited as to how much they can help with the subscription itself.
They will go through some steps such as the ones that you mentioned above, making sure the number is displayed correctly on the phone, and deleting the Apple Music app and installing it again amongst others.
If they have been through those steps and everything is as it should be, they would need to refer you on to Apple to look at anything to do with the app, subscription or Apple ID.
If you've not been through everything I've mentioned above, I'd recommend speaking to our tech guides again to make sure that everything has been fully checked at our end.

Hi,
I have spoken to tech support and they said there's nothing they can do, ive spoken to apple and they said they can't see the subscription through EE, spent all day yesterday and today to try and resolve this, but no solution.
I've tried:
Deleting App
Signing it and out from Apple ID
Phone Number Displayed Correctly
Tried Link on wifi and mobile data
Now I don't know what to do, everything I contact EE, its always the same steps and spoken to tech support which was no help at all, basically told me they can't help

It does sound like they have done everything that we can support @jblack1888.
Beyond these steps, it would need to be something that Apple help with as it will be something at there end if everything is correct at our side.

I have just contacted them now and they are saying this

I get where you are coming from @jblack1888, but if our tech guides have been through everything and the subscription is in place on your account, they cannot do anything else.
We don't have access to any of your account details here on the community, so all I can suggest would be to contact our tech guides again to discuss it further, and they can open a complaint for you.

Hi,
Seems Apple Music is working now, but shows no subscription at all anywhere and when I press EE Plan Benefits, shows no active subscription, I'll keep an eye on it for now
