Pre-Ordered the Google pixel on the all-in plan with EE. As I was moving from Apple to Google, thought I'll go for the Gemini Pro pack with the all-in plan as it gave me storage. Received the Google pixel setup my Google account to find out that all Google pixel pros come with 12 months free access to Gemini Pro which ee are selling as a bolt-on with the all in contract. Spoke with EE to tell them that this is a bit naughty and is false advertising. Didn't seem at all. Interested. So for anyone that's going for a Google pro, just know that you can get the Gemini Pro for 12 months free of charge with Google so don't waste your add-on on Gemini. EE you should be ashamed

Hi @Samthegasman,
Welcome to the Community!
We want to make sure that you're getting the best plan for your needs, so we offer the same inclusive extras across our Android Full Works range. I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Service team, and they will be able to see about changing your inclusive extra for something you would get more benefit from.

What is an "All-in Plan", do you mean All Rounder or Full Works?
Im not sure what your issue is with this or with EE. The manufacturer can offer free trials but this doesn't have anything to do with what EE offer across their plans - There are a range of benefits available as Inclusive Extras on All Rounder and Full Works plans, not just the Google One subscription. The range of options can be found in the Inclusive Extra Terms & Conditions.
You can switch your benefit every 30 days, so you could change it to something else and when your 12 months expires with Google you can switch your Inclusive Extra back to the Google One option - you're not locked into one option for your entire contract.
If you need to change it sooner, get in touch with EE Customer Services and they can look into changing it for you depending on the circumstances.

Sorry for my incorrect terminology. Yes I meant the full works plan which has a benefit of Gemini Ai pro.
My point is on the Google pixel 10 pro and XL this benefit come packages with the handset from Google. EE should explain that to its customers before advising them of plan benefits as of you take it as a plan benefit then you are actually missing out.
Discovered today the EE doesn't support virtual voice either which every other network does on android. Again as a long standing EE customer, and I'm taking back to the days or Orange long standing, then I expect this stuff to be advised to me not for me to have to discover it after the fact. Just feels misleading and to be frank underhand of EE. Where's the transparency?!
