Hi, I bought a 10 pounds subscription pack and it's going to be started in Jan 8th after my previous pack ended.
But I want to change my pack because it has little data. So I want to ask you if I could get a refund my subscription pack that's not started yet and buy another pack.

@Soeunkim You don’t need to request a refund as you’ve only topped up your account to purchase your next pack you haven’t purchased it yet. You can still change the current pack you have to a different one
How do I change my pay as you go pack?

text ALL PACKS for free to 150
Your new pack will start as soon as you’ve used all the allowances in your current pack or when it comes to the end of its seven- or 30-day period.
If you need to start your next pack straight away once you've bought it, text NOW to 150. Remember, if you're on an eligible pack any unused data will roll over, but you'll lose any call or text allowances you have left in your current pack.

@Soeunkim : As you've already bought the pack, not just topped-up for it, you can't get it refunded.
