I've used data but it isn't showing

I've got £10/5GB pack, and I got the app. I had 20GB (because of the extra 15GB) available in my account, and I used some. My phone says I've used just over 19 megabytes but the app and website still shows 20GB left. I saw others with this problem but the difference with me is that even when I send BALANCE to 150 it says 20GB left. I'm worried I'm going to get charged even though I've paid for some. Is there a way to tell for sure what I've used (so I know I'm using data from the right place)?

@icantthink : Sending BALANCE to 150 is to know for sure.

What your phone knows depends on whether you've synchronised its reporting period with EE's.
