Your no. should be ported within 1 working day of you activating your EE SIM. Porting will have no effect on your existing plan.

I bought the £20 pay as you go pack and it’s been 4 days and they still haven’t transferred my number or gave me the 70gb data pack. I try calling 150 but they are always busy and whenever I click packs info when on call with 150 they tell me I have a £20 pack waiting to start

Hi @Adnan7861

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Can you try texting NOW to 150, does this start the pack for you?

Leanne.

I bought £20 pack with the sim pay as you go. My number has transferred over but in setting it says it’s the number ee gave me but when you call me it’s my old number.I bought a £20 pack and I want to start it now but whenever I call 150 she says I have a £20 pack waiting to start and when I text NOW to 150 it says something about error. I don’t know how to fix this.I spent £20 and I still haven’t received the data

Your number porting hasn't completed yet. We've only just come out of a Bank Holiday and it'll take another working day.
