hello , i need recover my number again please, what can i do ? what the number i can call to resolve the problem ? 

the  number is XXXXXXXXXX , its possible ? our is it disabled forever ?

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so that they can check your account and see if it can be reactivated.
