Hello everyone,
I reserved my new iPhone 17 Pro Max directly in the store on September 14th in the morning.
I received an email and an SMS saying that they would contact me once it was ready for collection.
However, the order number I received seems to be incorrect, as it doesn’t allow me to track my order on the EE website.
Since this is my first purchase with EE, I would really appreciate some help.
I also went to the store, but the salesperson wasn’t very helpful and just told me that he couldn’t track it and that I should wait.
Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I know how eager you'll be to receive your new iPhone!
Once stock is assigned to your order, you will receive further updates, so please don't worry. The store will be in touch directly once your phone is ready to be picked up. Until this point, there are no further updates, I'm afraid.
