Block All Premium Numbers

Hello,

I am in need of some help to block my ability to use premium rate numbers.

I can not have access to these for my own good. 

Please can you help. Due to the nature of it I would rather avoid talking to someone via the phone and would like to stick to email.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having with these numbers. If you text 'BAR' to 150 this should restrict some of the numbers, but it may be best to speak with the team to ensure that as many of these are blocked as possible. I appreciate that this isn't ideal in your situation, however, I can confirm that the tea won't ask any further questions about the reason you would like this blocked.

Hi, did they do this for you! I called 150 and the guy didn’t have a clue.

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to get a Premium Number block on your account. 

Have you tried texting BAR to 150?

When you have a moment I would recommend giving us another call to see if a full bar can be applied.

No. Have you tried calling 150 ? Press 1, press 2, press this , press that…. The system is very unfriendly and unclear. Who do I speak to? Sales, technical????
