Is this a service outside of your contract fee. 

If so then your bill will itemised any fees outside of your contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Clouded_dragon , please take a look at the breakdown of your monthly bill, it should let you know what you are being charged for, something we cannot do here in this public forum where we have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, or ring customer service, press option 2 to speak to one of the guides, who can take a look for you.
