Hi @Patmac176,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is this a brand new SIM card? If you paid for your pack at the point of purchase, the pack should activate automatically when you first use the SIM.

James

No it doesn't. I changed the number using a PAC code but I still can't use the sim. It shows no data, calls or texts credit

@Patmac176 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Did you pay for the pack when you purchased the SIM, @Patmac176?

Does your phone show it is connected to the EE network?

Can you receive calls?

James

It says my current balance is 0.00

Did you pay for a pack when you placed your order, or was it a free SIM, @Patmac176?

Does your phone display an EE signal in the status bar?

Can you receive calls?

James

Is that all it says?
