I also have the same issue. Tried my sim in another phone, it worked but when I put it back it failed to hold the a 150 call and dropped after the first line of the automated message.
I have tried a soft reset and there is no luck. Contemplating a factory reset but haven't saved my documents yet.
Technical department did all they can but no success.
