Able to reactivate an old pay as you go number/sim?

hi so i have an old pay as you go sim that i need to get reactivated because its linked to an account i need to get back into, but i need to receive a text with a code which is linked with this number.

is there any way to get my old sim re activated?

@Tanissimmons  If it’s been over 9 months since it was last used then unfortunately it’s not possible.

Damn does it then re list the number for another customer to use?

All disconnected numbers are put into quarantine for a period, before being released into the general number pool for reallocation.
