Paid £15 for unlimited calls and texts, told I do not have enough credit.

I bought a SIM and topped it up with a subscription voucher, £15. I'm supposed to have unlimited calls and texts, but when I try I am told I do not have any credit which remains at £0. What am I supposed to do?

Did you get this sorted? I'm having the exact same issue. It's very frustrating. I did the online chat and the guy called Sam was very unhelpful, he just kept trying to get me to switch to various contracts  instead of helping me.

@Alex502 : Just what is your issue? There's a mixture of things in this thread you tacked onto.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I have the same issue. I bought a £15 pack in the supermarket and I could not use the sim as it said I had zero credit. I called customer service and they said that I needed to pay an additional £5 to activate the sim. I did that on the phone and the £15 still did not appear. EE have taken £20 of my money and given me just £5 of credit. This is a complete fraud. I will never recommend EE.

Hello @Amoini.

Thanks for coming here.

If you text AL to 150 what reports back?
