Pending boots

Hi, 

i have bunch of free boost, but most of them are on pending. 
only 2x 500mb was activated and 12x 500mb are pending.

i’ve noticed since long time ago, every month when i renew the pack u checked free boosts.

but always they are pending never activated.

can someone can solve this issue for me please?

Hi @CocoMak. 

Thanks for coming here. 

Once you have used the first two 500MB are you aware if the others activate?

If they do not activate after using your usual pack allowance please give us a call.
