PACKS ERROR

Hi, I'm trying to add a data pack for my PAYG phone but just been getting 'PACKS ERROR We're working on fixing this page' for several days now.

1) Any ideas when this will be fixed?

2) Any work arounds e.e. using Text Pack etc (though not sure how you specify what pack you want? in this case I'm just looking for 150Mb for 30 days.

Thanks !

Hi @_kayak_

Thanks for coming here.

Have you had this pack previously?

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150, does the pack show in the reply?

You can purchase a data add-on by visiting add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi.

2) Text PACK05 to 150.

Thanks.. appreciate the help, though I ended up taking out a low cost contract as trying to buy packs was too painful and ended up going round in circles (e.g. errors unless you switch off WiFi, sending texts to 150 did not help).  There seems to be a lot of friction with PAYG !
