Hello everyone. My EE data bundle was meant to renew yesterday but it seems that it didn't. It says that there was a problem with my payment but when I press into Manage Payments it keeps giving me an error. I can't start a conversation with an employee either but I think that is because its a Sunday. If anyone knows how to help it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

It says my balance is £0, but as I said, my issue seems to be with the payment page.

Hi no sorry I just rechose my bundle on my ee and that seemed to fix it, i think it mightve just been a glitch.
