I have just moved onto PAYG as my contract ended.
I am trying to get a new PAYG pack sorted on My EE account. I keep getting errors when logging in, via the app, mobile browser and laptop browser.
I just want to buy a PAYG pack on My EE to get the 10% off and when I try on my laptop it gets as far as contacting with my bank and then it fails saying webpage is not working.

You need to call CS to delete your old contract MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new PAYG MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
