Ordered pay as you go contract

Ordered the iPhone 15 just moments ago on pay as you go contract everything checked out they took my upfront payment then somehow the page had an error now can’t find my order there’s no email to confirm just the fact they took an upfront payment I’m enraged and want my money back this is an absolute scam

@oxsarahxo , have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Usually the money taken from your bank is pending until your order has been dispatched, but you are either on contract or pay as you go, and if you ordered under a payment plan, then you would need a contract, but if on pay as you go, then it would require full payment, there is a difference.
