 Had to buy a new SIM card as last payment needed some additional authentication.. although being a customer on the same card for numerous years.. however no help was provided, spent further money on this, inserted and greeted with this message but upon attempting to dial out and text out.. keeps asking me to top up.. Not having a great time at the moment EE..  Please assist.

Let's see if we can get this up and running, can you please try sending a text with AL to 150 and let us know what comes back?

Also where did you purchase this SIM, and did it include a top-up?

I got a reply saying my balance was 0 and I purchased the sim from your app

What day did you receive this SIM and connect to the network?

I can see it mentions that i'll be added within 2 days of your account activating, so fingers crossed this should be applied really soon.

I’ve had the SIM in my phone for (as it stands) 72 hours, was hoping it would resolve itself by now but alas, to no avail again 😞
