Whenever I try to login to EE app I get this page. It’s been doing it for about a week now. I’ve changed my passwords and still the same. The website does it to me too. I’m trying to access live chat but obviously can’t as can’t get in the app.

@nicolealicexx if you can’t get onto your online account or the my EE app you need to call customer support and request that they reset your online account.

@nicolealicexx , live chat is only for contract customers, if you are on pay as you go, then there is no live chat, sorry.

There is a chat option for pay monthly contract customers, but it is only within the Help section of the EE app. I
If you are seeing an error when trying to access the app and website, I would recommend giving our tech guides a call as @Chris_B mentioned.
They'll be able to access your account and check your online set up and help to get it working.
