Hi,

could someone help? Perk code not working online as per usual. Can’t resolve over the phone like I usually do. I have had the codes confirmed as valid over the phone. I’ve tried different plans and browser. Getting nowhere!!

Have you checked your tariff or device is not already discounted. You can only apply one discount.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi,

I was told by the guide over the phone that the code should work. I always have this issue when I go to upgrade and always need the discount applied over the phone, but of course can’t do that now. I currently have the NHS perk on my plan and trying to upgrade to the exact same plan, just a new phone is the only difference!

Hi,

same as it always does, code not applicable. It’s said this for years on end and I’ve always had to phone in, but now that’s not an option so don’t know what to do. I’ve tried different devices too. No joy!

No, she just said “try again tomorrow” to which I said, I know it won’t work as I have this issue every year when I upgrade. She escalated the issue, but I haven’t heard anything. I’m extremely annoyed that this issue still persists year after year, it’s ridiculous

Hi Leanne,

I decided to phone again. Amazingly got sorted. Very frustrating that so many customers are getting told perk codes can no longer be done over the phone, I think it just depends who you speak to. My new phone comes tomorrow.
